You should first investigate whether you have Adobe Flash version 9 installed on your computer as an plug-in program.

On the menu bar choose 'Tools' - then ' Administer add-on programmes' then 'Activate or De-activate add-on programmes'. At the top - next to 'Show' - you can choose a variety of options - try them all and look for 'Shockwave Flash Object'.

The security level on your computer might be set so high that the video doesn’t get permission to be played.
